What happened to Drop fees!? I thought people had to chance to pay before the tow truck pull off, then to not even speak when trying to get information is crazy

I've used this company twice for towing. Both times they've been there within 20 minutes. And their prices were extremely reasonable. The drivers are very friendly and fast. They make no bones about giving you a ride to where you need to go with your vehicle. And considering it's 98° outside they have air conditioned cabs. Two different drivers 2 great experiences...and the office staff was very cooperative.

Staff is awful. Overpriced. And while my car sat there over the weekend, they charged me $40/day when they weren’t even open to get my car. Do you think I wanted my car sitting there all weekend? And they lied twice to my face. Once about the release policy where she corrected him right in front of me. Then they ransacked my car and stole my tool sets. They said they didn’t go in my car at all but someone who was in the waiting room and overheard the conversation ran out when I was about to leave saying the employees were talking about my car while I was outside saying that they said they did go through my car and had every right to because it was an impound. And my tire was flat when they gave it back to me despite being brand new tires. This place is a shady ripoff and now I’m missing hundreds of dollars worth of tools. Mufflers For Less down the street is waaay cheaper, better work and your wait time is half the time of Republic.

The staff here and management tells you one thing and does another. Very unsatisfied with the service received. I now have to replace a tire because of poor towing, in which they told me they would replace for ruining it.
